In the event you are not a 100% satisfied with the Hawaiian Gun Rack® - I will refund your money, but there will be an $8 resocking fee which will taken off of your reimbursement.

Please follow these steps for refunding.

1) Notify me by email with-in 7 days of receiving it.

2) AFTER I ACKNOWLEDGE AND RETURN YOUR EMAIL. Ship everything (the pair of "gun racks", instructions and hardware) undamaged, that means no scratches, dents, dings, chips, broken parts, broken pieces, missing pieces, etc.).

3) After I inspect it I will notify you again by email and I will refund you the purchase amount on the same credit card you bought it with.

For a limited time the FREE SHIPPING OFFER will use PARCEL POST a 3-30 day service and applies to the United States ONLY.

Your other choices at cost are...

• 2-3 day usps priority mail (usually about $6 per pair of racks.)
• UPS 3 DAY GROUND
• UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW...

The united states postal service is about 90% on time.

All of their services except for overnight express are NOT GUARANTEED. Which means they say 3-5 days depending on your location but they can be as much as 3 weeks late. The priority service has taken 3 weeks on 3 of my 500 orders this year. They were in suburban areas so there is no way to know.

I have found that they say 3-5 days and are 90% on time. If you live in a rural area it will take longer. Depending on how rural will determine length of time.

I usually ship out next day from the day you order except on the weekend - in which case I ship out first thing on monday, or in the case of a holiday the next day the post office is open..

I recommend contacting me if you haven't recieved your order in 2 weeks.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

I can ship these via US Air Parcel Post. They will take anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks to arrive and are only available in certain countries. If you are interested please contact me via email to see what the cost will be and whether your country is on the shipping list.
