Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We ask that you contact us first so we are aware of your return and you have 30 days from receiving the order with in which to request a return.
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend getting tracking numbers & insurance so that if the package gets lost before it arrives to us ...then you have recourse to get damages from the shipper. Because we won't be able to refund your order if the order does not get back to us. Whether you paid for shipping or it was free once we inspect the package and deem it undamaged and resell-able then we will refund your entire order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Please contact us before returning any order as it will be your responsibility to pay for all return shipments.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping
We can ship to almost any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. There is no free international shipping for any overseas orders and we'll contact you with shipping options for you to choose from after you place the order. As well if you happen to place an order and choose a free shipping option we will place your order on hold and email you pricing on shipping options. We will keep your order on hold until you decide which shipping option you prefer or whether you would like to cancel the order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We will do our best to update you as shipping costs to international destinations change on a regular basis. We will contact you for your approval before we finalize your transaction.
Please be aware you will be responsible for any import tariffs your country my charge.
REFUND TIMING
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This general time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Typically the refund is based on when the return lands in our hands so that we can inspect the order and then process the return.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
