Functional and Elegant Solution
I ordered racks for two surfboards and one SUP, all in the Mahogany finish. They arrived promptly and are just beautiful. Robust screws came with the racks, but since I was dealing with old plaster and lath walls, I elected to use wall anchors designed for that application. I spent a very few minutes in the hardware store figuring out what size anchor had paired screws that matched the holes in the racks - didn’t want to tear up the racks with the wrong size screw! But finding a match turned out to be pretty easy, and the racks look great on the wall and feel very secure. I love the way these racks look - it makes the boards look like an art installation. And I also love that it gets the boards up off the floor, safely out of the way, where I can see and enjoy them. Equally important is that any time I want to take a board out, it’s zero hassle to take the board off the rack and put it back when I’m finished. For me, this is the perfect functional, elegant solution to surfboard storage. So happy!
